Your agent prepares the changes. You review them and choose when to apply.
Changes stay in Understudy until you apply.
Preparing or sharing a Change Request does not change Jira or Confluence. Only its author can apply it, from Understudy. Apply checks the current Atlassian content against the version behind your proposal before making the changes.
Your Atlassian permissions still apply.
Connect your own Atlassian account and choose the spaces and projects available to your workspace. Understudy cannot give you access beyond what that account already has.
Sharing requires authorized access.
Everyone viewing or commenting on a Change Request needs an Understudy account and access to that workspace or request. A link alone does not grant access. Teammates can comment without an Atlassian account; commenting does not let them apply your changes.
Your data is used to provide the service.
Customer data is not used or sold for research or model training by default. Any future program would require separate, explicit opt-in.
